The BEAR melting plant for blocked products introduce a new technology on the field of the liquidization of coagulated products. The plant consist of two main components: A planer for blocks and a melting screw conveyor. In the planer the blocks are being cut into small flakes to prepare them for the melting process and to intensify the energy transfer to the product. By applying the BEAR melting plant time and energy can be saved.
