Mounted in a 40 feet high cube container, the cocoa-mini-plant can transform pre-cleaned cocoa beans into cocoa liquor with a throughput of 50 kg per hour (two 25kg-cartons). The very simple construction of the plant makes it flexible and help to reduce maintenance time and costs.
Thanks to its integrated power generator, the plant is completely self-sustaining requiring no connection to the local power grid. Moreover, as the container is placed on a trailer, it can be moved close to the cocoa plantation.
