The BEAR Mini Drum Roaster has been constructed for the roasting of small amounts of nibs. It has been developed especially for small chocolate manufacturers and the BEAR Mini Cocoa Factory. Many process specific features can be recognized from the CERBERUS-Roaster series such as the in line product flow from one side to the other. The advantages of such a product flow is a gain in heat transfer and a better sealing of the rotating drum.
