The CERBERUS Drum Roaster represent a new generation of drum roasters for cocoa nibs. Thanks to its construction many problems known from traditional drum roasters could be solved. The product in- and output have been separated from eachother to obtain an in line product flow from one side to the other. The advantages of such a product flow is a gain in heat transfer and a better sealing of the rotating drum. This makes it possible to reach a higher pressure inside the drum which improve the sterilizing effect.
